The personnel in R& D department handle customer service and manage quality control. In Taichung, Taiwan, we have an ISO 9001 and 14001-certified 12, 850 square-meter factory, where we perform injection-molding, production, packing, mold-manufacturing, mold-repairing, and quality control. We are committed to the highest standard of quality from plastic injection and packaging to delivery. We provide an RMA (return material authorization) to guarantee that we can repair any defective goods.
